Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the products and services provided by PurityMilk. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Product Information

  • Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality, fresh dairy products that meet safety and health standards. All products are processed and packaged in compliance with relevant food safety regulations.
  • Shelf Life: All our products come with an expiry time, which should be strictly adhered to. Consuming the product after the expiry time is at the customer’s own risk.
  • Storage: After getting the milk, boil it and then keep it in the refrigerator.

2. Ordering and Delivery

  • Ordering Process: Customers can place orders through our website, app, or customer service helpline. After the customer places the order, the company checks its availability and confirms the order.
  • Delivery: We offer home delivery services. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors like traffic, weather conditions, or strikes.
  • Delivery will be from morning 7 to 11 am and from evening 6 to 9 pm.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Subscription model: Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Yearly.
  • Pricing: Prices for all products are listed on our platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment methods: We support all payment modes supported by PhonePe payment gateway.
  • Wallet Balance: The customer will have to add payment as per the subscription model in their wallet.
  • Deduction from Wallet: When the customer receives the bottle and scans it, the amount of the bottle will be deducted from their wallet.
  • Right to modify prices: Prices may be modified with notice.

4. Bottle Care and Handling

  • At the time of delivery, the customer has to take the filled bottle and return the empty bottle to the delivery agent.
  • Consequences of not returning bottles (e.g., loss of deposit, additional charges).
  • Condition requirements for returned bottles (must be clean and undamaged).
  • Wash the inside of the bottle with water and leave the cap open.
  • Customer’s responsibility for lost, broken, or damaged bottles. The amount of the broken bottle will be deducted from the wallet.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The customer will have to set a holiday from the calendar a day in advance if they do not want to take the milk.
  • If a customer’s wallet balance is negative, upcoming milk bottle deliveries may be cancelled until the balance is cleared.
  • Refunds will be issued only in case of defective or spoiled products. Claims for refunds must be made within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service with proof of the issue.

6. Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the product at the delivery location.
  • Do not take bottles with leaked or broken seals.
  • Company’s Responsibility: We will ensure the delivery of products in good condition. However, once delivered, we are not responsible for improper storage or mishandling of the product by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on our platform or products are the property of PurityMilk. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Terms of Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
