Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The customer will have to set a holiday from the calendar a day in advance if they do not want to take the milk.
  • If a customer’s wallet balance is negative, upcoming milk bottle deliveries may be cancelled until the balance is cleared.
  • Refunds will be issued only in case of defective or spoiled products. Claims for refunds must be made within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service with proof of the issue.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 Business Days.
  • No return , No replacement and No exchange policy.
