The customer will have to set a holiday from the calendar a day in advance if they do not want to take the milk.
If a customer’s wallet balance is negative, upcoming milk bottle deliveries may be cancelled until the balance is cleared.
Refunds will be issued only in case of defective or spoiled products. Claims for refunds must be made within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service with proof of the issue.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 Business Days.
